Hand attempt
This
Piece is an attempt to study line and it's affect on form. I believe I could have executed this piece more correctly as the hand beneath the lines doesn't look quite right. If I were to redo this piece I would fix the hang to look more realistic by perhaps making it skinnier.
Rage
This piece is a watercolor an ink depiction of a man with an explosion of color erupting from his head. This piece could be interpreted to describe the grave effect withholding anger can have on us. I still may add a background to this piece to fill in some of the empty space. Over all I am somewhat happy with this piece and hope to improve it if I choose to add the background.
Crackin
This piece is an ink depiction of an octopus attacking a ship. I believe this piece is sucessful as it appears to be interesting to look at as well as having a fair amount of visual symmetry. If I were to redo this piece I believe I would attempt to add more details to the octopus itself.
Cool
This piece is a mixed media depiction of a a older man with younger features. I used both acrylic and ink to create this piece. If I were to redo this piece I think I would try to add more depth tote skin in the face. I'm pleased with this piece as I believe it is aesthetically appealing.
Life study
This piece is a life study drawing of a male model. The piece was created completely in graphite and took about an hour of drawing. If I were to continue this piece I would attempt to add more details in the skin and perhaps a background.

Full melt flower
This piece is a watercolor and ink depiction of two "tattoo-style" roses melting towards each other. I belove this piece was successful as it shows a fair amount of depth and shadow with little line work. If I were to recreate this piece I may have chosen to do a different type of flower for one of them though that may have take away from the meaning of the piece. This piece could be interpreted as a commentary on the seeming extinction and corruption of nature in today's society. I may perhaps attempt to add a pattern within the background.
Industrivia complete
This piece is a watercolor and ink depiction of a man smoking a cigarette. This piece is on the more surrealistic as the smoke is seen as an industrial city. This could be interpreted as a commentary on the unforeseen consequences of an industrial society. Over all I am pleased with this piece as I believe it is aesthetically appealing as well as retaining a deeper meaning.
Head in the clouds completed
This piece is an acrylic depiction of a surrealistic take on a man day dreaming. I believe this piece is successful though I would have like to achieve somewhat cleaner lines in some portions of it. I would have also liked to add a border and fix some of the shading.
Tree

Owl completed
This piece is an ink illustration I completed of a more cartoon style owl surrounded by a dying tree. I am pretty happy with how this piece turned out as I think the style of the piece is well represented. I will look further into doing more ink based pieces.

Son of Man Recreation
This piece is a photographic recreation of the famous Son of Man painting. I utilized photography and Photoshop to create this piece. i am happy with this piece as i am particularly proud of the way the background looks as i had to create it all manually.
Reflections
this piece is a visual interpretation of what the future may hold.i used photoshop and multiple pictures of me and my broher to create this piece. i believe this piece to be successful as it looks interesting to me, as well as carrying on a message that other viewers can receive
Smoke
This piece is a photographic depiction of a candle being blown out. i believe this piece is very aestically appealing as it looks interesting to me in both color value and composition. if i were to re-do this piece i may try different lighting situations to see how they affect the color of the smoke.
Black and white
This is a black and white portrait of my friend Gabriel. I created this piece to further my understanding of values and depth therein. i believe this piece is successful as i like the way it looks.
